Excellent rental / sales portal for Investors – As a small property Investor who owns 5 properties on Brisbane’s northside; I’ve utilised SMPN for all my rentals (x7 to date) and 2 sales. SMPN has been responsive and assisted me in obtaining results I require: Tenants and Purchasers! management. I have recommended SMPN to associates and will continue to utilise SMPN for my future property.
